Delivery
ASA Speech Pro, ASA Text Pro and ASA Speech Recognition are digital software and subscription services. There is no physical shipment. After your payment is confirmed, your subscription or purchased credit is provisioned electronically in your user account and is available immediately in your dashboard and in the desktop application. For ASA Speech Recognition, access is provided electronically through your ASA account: your trial or licence status and subscription entitlement are activated for your account and become available in the browser extension once you sign in.
Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation only prevents the next renewal: a subscription that has already been paid for stays active until the end of the current billing period. No additional or cancellation fees apply.
ASA Speech Recognition
ASA Speech Recognition is a separate digital subscription product (monthly EUR 9.99, yearly EUR 99.99) and is covered by exactly the same delivery, cancellation and refund rules set out on this page. It also includes a free three-day trial granted through your ASA account, which requires no payment method and does not renew automatically, so that you can test the service before purchasing a paid subscription.
Refunds
Refund requests can be sent to info@asapeechpro.com. Digital services that have already been provisioned or used are generally not refunded automatically. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Duplicate or incorrect charges, as well as other justified requests, are reviewed individually by our support team.
