By accessing this website or purchasing an ASA Speech Pro license, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. License purchase
ASA Speech Pro is a commercial product sold directly. There is no free plan, free trial, demo or test version. All purchases are final, subject to the refund terms below.
3. Payments
Prices are listed in USD and exclude taxes where applicable. Payment is processed by our payment provider at the time of purchase.
4. Refunds
If the software fails to function as described, contact support within 14 days of purchase for a case-by-case review.
5. Acceptable use
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or attempt to bypass license enforcement.
6. Disclaimers
The product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected license.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the seller operates.
