Is there a free trial or demo?
No. ASA Speech Pro is a commercial product sold directly. There is no free plan, demo, or trial version.
How does billing work?
ASA Speech Pro is billed monthly or yearly. You keep access to continuous updates and support while your subscription is active.
What is the difference between ASA Speech Pro and ASA Text Pro?
ASA Speech Pro is billed in speech minutes and covers F4 dictation, speech translation and Ctrl+Alt+C text translation at 150 characters per minute. ASA Text Pro is billed in text characters and covers Ctrl+Alt+C text translation only. They are independent subscriptions with separate balances.
Do I need both subscriptions?
No, you don't need both — each product works entirely on its own. If a balance runs out, only that area is blocked, the other keeps working. Note that add-on packs require an active subscription to top up: a subscription to either product is enough, but you can't buy a pack alone with no subscription at all.
Do add-on packs renew automatically?
No. Add-on packs are a single purchase and never renew automatically. Your subscription balance is consumed first; purchased packs are used afterwards and never expire.
How do I get access after subscribing?
After your subscription is confirmed, you'll receive an email with the download link. Sign in to the desktop app with your account email and password — no license key required.
