License Agreement

1. Grant of license

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use ASA Speech Pro on the number of devices specified for the module(s) you purchased.

2. Modules

Speech-to-Text and Translator are sold as separate modules. The Complete Bundle grants a combined license to both modules.

3. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense or reverse engineer the software, nor remove or alter any proprietary notices.

4. Updates

Your purchase includes feature and security updates for the period specified at purchase. Continued updates may require renewal.

5. Ownership

ASA Speech Pro and all associated intellectual property remain the property of the licensor.

6. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the software.

7. Warranty disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
