Everything you need to install, activate and get the most out of ASA Speech Pro.
Getting started
Installation
Sign in to your account, open the Download page in your dashboard, and run the installer for your platform.
Signing in
Launch ASA Speech Pro and sign in using your account email and password. No license key is required.
Automatic activation
Your subscription is automatically validated after you sign in. Your available monthly minutes are synced in the background.
System requirements
Windows 10 or Windows 11. Minimum 8 GB RAM. A microphone is required for Speech-to-Text features.
Speech-to-Text
Choosing a language
Select your recognition language from the top bar. Switch any time without restarting.
Real-time transcription
Click Record to capture audio live. Output streams instantly into the editor.
Translator
Choosing language pairs
Pick source and target languages. Pinned pairs stay at the top.
Translation modes
Choose between fast or high-accuracy mode per task.
Keyboard shortcuts
F4 – Starts real-time Speech-to-Text. The recognized text is automatically inserted into the active application, copied to the clipboard, and instantly translated into your selected target language. F8 – Captures a screenshot for OCR text recognition.
Subscription & minutes
Monthly minutes
Your Speech-to-Text minutes reset at the start of every billing period and are synced automatically to the desktop app.
Managing your plan
Change plan, update billing details or cancel any time from the Subscription page in your dashboard.
Device Access
Your subscription is linked to your account. For security reasons, only one device can be signed in at a time.
