1. Purpose of this page
This page contains the pre-contractual information for distance contracts concluded through this website. It is made available to you before you complete payment, and applies in particular to consumers resident in Türkiye (Ön Bilgilendirme Formu / Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi information) as well as to consumers in the EU/EEA.

4. Subject of the contract and essential characteristics
The subject of the contract is a digital service supplied online: ASA Speech Pro (AI-assisted speech-to-text, translation and related productivity features in a desktop application), ASA Text Pro (AI-assisted text translation and text processing), ASA Speech Recognition (a browser add-on for voice dictation into websites), and, where purchased, one-time credit top-ups for speech minutes or text characters. The essential characteristics, included allowances and functional scope of the selected product are described on the pricing and product pages and are shown again in the order summary before payment.
5. Price, taxes and total amount payable
Prices shown on our website are net prices exclusive of applicable taxes. Where tax applies, ASA determines the applicable tax country and calculates the applicable tax on its own systems and adds it to the net price. Before you complete payment, the order summary shows the net amount, the tax type and rate, the tax amount and the total gross amount payable. The total gross amount shown there is the amount that is charged. No additional shipping, delivery or handling costs apply, because the service is supplied electronically. Any bank or card issuer charges applied by your own bank are outside our control.
6. Selected billing interval, duration and automatic renewal
Subscriptions are concluded for the billing interval you select before purchase: monthly or annual, depending on the plan selected. The subscription runs for the selected interval and renews automatically for a further period of the same length at the then-current price, using the payment method on file, until you cancel. A monthly plan renews monthly; an annual plan renews annually. One-time credit top-ups are not subscriptions and do not renew.
7. Payment
Payment is made by payment card through iyzico, a licensed electronic payment institution acting as our payment provider. Full card numbers and CVC/CVV codes are not stored on our systems. Where you use the optional card-storage function for renewals, only provider-issued card identifiers/tokens and limited card metadata are stored.
8. Delivery and start of the service
There is no physical shipment. After your payment is confirmed, the purchased subscription, entitlement or credit is provisioned electronically to your ASA account and is available immediately in your dashboard, in the desktop application, or in the browser add-on after you sign in.
9. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the future automatic renewal; the subscription you have already paid for remains active until the end of the paid period. No cancellation fee applies. Cancellation is not a refund of an amount already charged.
10. Right of withdrawal (Cayma hakkı) for immediately supplied digital services
Our products are digital content and digital services supplied online without a tangible medium and made available immediately after payment. Under the applicable distance selling rules — including the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation and, for EU/EEA consumers, the applicable consumer legislation — the right of withdrawal does not apply, or ceases, for such services once supply has begun with your express request and your acknowledgement of that consequence. For this reason you are asked at checkout to expressly request immediate access and to acknowledge the effect on your withdrawal right; this request is not pre-selected. If you do not give it, the purchase cannot be completed and no payment is taken. Statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded, in particular remedies for non-conformity of the digital service, remain unaffected.
11. Refunds and technical faults
Our voluntary refund policy is set out in the Delivery & Refunds policy. In summary: once paid access has been activated or made available, payments are generally not refunded voluntarily; if the service is materially non-functional due to a technical fault attributable to ASA, you must first contact support and allow us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and correct the issue, and if the contracted core functionality cannot be restored within a reasonable period, an appropriate remedy including a refund where applicable may be provided. Mandatory statutory consumer rights are not limited by this.
12. Invoice
An invoice for each payment is issued electronically and is available in your account. It states the net amount, the applicable tax and the gross amount charged.
13. Complaints and dispute resolution
Complaints can be sent to info@asapeechpro.com or submitted through the support area of your account. Consumers resident in Türkiye may also apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or Consumer Court at their place of residence within the applicable monetary thresholds. Consumers in the EU/EEA may use the dispute resolution options available to them under the law of their country of residence.
14. Contract documents
The contract consists of this information together with the Terms of Service, Subscription Terms, License Agreement, Delivery & Refunds policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, AI Usage Disclaimer and Acceptable Use Policy, in each case in the version accepted at the time of your purchase.
